Eligibility for Returns

Perfumes and attars are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Process for Returns

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product images.

Once approved, return the unused/unopened item in original packaging.

Replacement or refund will be initiated after inspection.

Replacement will be done within 3 days.
Replacement product delivery will be done within 3-5 business days .

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
